Aphrodite, Muse of Inner Beauty
Priestessed by Jessica Allen
February 12th, 2022 at 7 pm EST/5 pm MST via Zoom
Beloved Wild & Wise Womb-man,

We gather to venerate the Olympian Goddess of Love, Beauty, Pleasure, and Procreation, APHRODITE. To invite her teachings into our lives as she demonstrates how life can be blissful by appreciating our own beauty. She is un-self-conscious in celebrating her nudity and that of others. She shows us our own capacity to have empathy with appropriate boundaries. And with her poetic and persuasive speech, she's able to move us to a state of transcendental love without needing another to act as a catalyst.
Gather With the Goddess on February 12th, to learn more about the fascinating history of Aphrodite through the ages, invite her blessings into your life, learn how to create an altar to honor her, and a little magick to help you embrace your beautiful muse. After the event, you will have exclusive access to our private Facebook group for those Gathering With the Goddess participants. This ensures intimate familiarity with each other to increase the support and strength of our growing sisterhood.
Be sure to have a good sized mirror to gaze into and white tea light candle readily available at the start of ceremony.

What is Red Tent?
Each Tent offered is an opportunity to enter the Temple of the Goddess. A Divine honor and privilege to be alive in a place and space in time where we are safe and free to gather. Together, we are healing our wounds of suffering and silence from the past. As we heal, our healing ripples across time and space reaching through the portal of time. To be seen by the Goddess and witnessed by our Sisters is more powerful than you can imagine!

The Red Tent, by Anita Diamant, is the book that has inspired a Global Movement. Women who read this book unlock an ancient memory and longing to gather with other women and remember who they are as sacred and holy vessels of Spirit.
There is also a wonderful documentary officially endorsed under Nectar of Life Counseling called Things We Don't Talk About: Women's Stories from the Red Tent.
Not sure about how Christianity and the Goddess can co-exist?
Dance of the Dissident Daughter, by Sue Monk Kidd, opens long hidden secrets of what was dissolved from scripture through intentional acts of erasing the value and importance of women. The research has already been expertly done by a self-proclaimed conventionally religious woman.
